Another Life

Vivid imagination
A terrific dramatisation of the Thompson - Bywaters Case of 1922 - 23. Edith Thompson was portrayed as an imaginative young woman, who whilst having an affair, wrote her lover letters about ways to poison her husband so that they could be together. When the Edwardian court took hold of these letters, they used them to condemn her to hang after Frederick Bywaters, her lover actually did stab Edith's husband to death. I would recommend viewing whole heartedly!

''''''''''''''B movie
I ordered this movie because I enjoyed Ioan Gruffudd so much in Horatio Hornblower. But this movie, Another Life,. was downright vulgar with all the graphic sex scenes. The story line was shallow and sleezy. I gave it away. I was disappointed in Ioan's poor choice for this project.

A Really Good Tragedy!
A free spirited girl marries the wrong man and that leads to scandal and then murder. This is an intense drama of a true story.
